‘The building is in poor condition, as it has been unheated and unused for a number of years. The building intended for demolition is worthy of preservation, with a preservation value of 3 on the SAVE scale, which is a high preservation value. It forms part of the old hospital complex and was previously used as a laundry building.
The building was erected in 1936 in a neoclassical and functionalist style. The façade is rigorous and rhythmically structured and, together with the almost identical Sydvang 4a, emphasises an axis through the hospital complex. It bears clear signs of neglect and a lack of renovation and is therefore in relatively poor condition.’ Read more here:

"Bygningen er i dårlig stand, da den har været uden opvarmning og ikke været i brug i en årrække. Bygningen, som ønskes nedrevet, er bevaringsværdigt med en bevaringsværdi på 3 ifølge SAVE-skalaen, hvilket er en høj bevaringsværdi. Den indgår som en det af det gamle sygehuskompleks og har tidligere været anvendt som vaskeribygning.
Bygningen er opført i 1936 i nyklassicistisk og funktionalistisk stil. Facaden er stringent og rytmefast og sammen med den næsten identiske Sydvang 4a understrejer den en akse gennem sygehuskomplekset. Den bærer tydelige præg af misveligehold og manglende renovering og er derfor i forholdsvis dårlig stand. " Læs mere her:
